MasterClass at Work

MasterClass at Work is a learning solution that provides employees with access to the MasterClass library and new, enterprise-exclusive features to develop professional skills. With award winning design execution in multiple categories they were able to break out in the B2B market to accelerate growth.

Services provided:

Working closely with MasterClass’ senior leadership team to develop hundreds or scroll-stopping digital ads, compelling infographics, and private event strategies and materials - MasterClass quickly gained traction as a perks and learning solution for businesses.

We developed targeted holiday and New Year’s campaigns to drive sales during peak buying seasons. The holiday campaign won LinkedIn Best Ads award.

In addition to private VIP events, we helped MasterClass made waves and build brand awareness at key learning and HR conferences. The success of the first event and winning the “Best Newcomer in Show” award at ATD convinced senior leadership to significantly boost event budget allowing for greater brand presence through sponsorship and creating a premier event featuring Penn and Teller live at HR Tech.
